HOTEL INFORMATION

Daily Rate Includes: Lodging with breakfast and service charges. Does not include tourist taxi (optional) and extras. Daily rates begin and end at 12:00 noon. Prices per room.

Payment Option: Total payment by Credit Card only (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Payment of 50% to confirm the reservation and the remaining 50% 7 days before check–in.

Cancellation Policy:
90 days or more before the event – No fee will be charged *
89 until 46 days before the event – 15% of total lodging will be charged *
45 until 31 days before the event – 30% of total lodging will be charged *
30 days before the event – No reimbursement

Getting to the CONFERENCE VENUE AND HOTELS

Transfers from/to Airport

Our partner CENTRAL TOURS is organizing transfers from the Airport to the
hotels. This service can be booked by e-mail: atendimento@centraltours.com.br
Rates for transport from/to the airports to/from the congress hotels:

Transfer one way (two persons) Central Tours:	R$ 45 (per person)

Congress Shuttle

A complimentary shuttle for transportation between the congress hotels and Rafain Palace Convention Center will be available for registered conference participants.
