Abstract submission

We invite all those who have submitted abstracts and wish to give an oral presentation to enter the Abstract Submission session until July 28th with username and password and to indicate your preference (oral presentation).

Abstract submission will close on Friday, 23 July 2010

Type of presentation

Poster dimensions should be: 0,80 cm wide 1,20 cm tall.


The Scientific Committee will select some abstracts for oral presentation and will notify those authors.

Invited Speakers: 15 min presentations + 5 min questions (20 min)

Short presentations from Selected Abstracts: 7 min presentations + 3 min questions (10 min)

Technical guidelines for submission of works

The abstract title should be in capital letters followed by the names of the investigators, their affiliation, and the city and country. The abstract should include a brief introduction, methods, results and conclusions, not exceeding 300 words.

Authors may indicate their preferred Topic Areas (1 – 8). The Scientific Committee will select 15 abstracts for oral presentations. Notification of the type and time of presentation will be given after September 17th, by e-mail.

Registration and Abstract submission open March 1, 2010. The deadline for submission of abstract is July 23, 2010. The number of participants is limited and registration may be closed before the deadline, if the maximum number is reached.
